LOL C/P This is Kant. His ascendant discovered the magic of time and sealed the very essence of it inside a time keeping device. The device was passed down through generations, and as technology evolved, so did the device. And so Kant came into the possession of the pocketwatch. Using the device, the user can step outside of time and have basically total control over when and where they go, and it can be done within a split second. Of course, Kant had to go and break the watch - the first break in 48 centuries - leaving him stranded in a foreign time, and in a foreign world.
First one to figure out why Kant's name is as it is gets fairy dust.
Took 3 days - this was my first super special AWESOME cg, so I decided to go sloooow It was really quite fun, I enjoyed doing the watch, which was just epic to colour. Around 500 layers due to having a layer for practically every line |D;; /precaution
Anyway. I'm aware of there being some colour leaks here and there, and the fact that he's totally sunburnt. Sadly I couldn't find a decent skin tone, so I hope to fix that if I ever come round to doing this picture again. Awkward handddssss. I always feel elegant hands are awkwardly positioned hands, but that...that might, and probably is, just me xD; Also face. Icky.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
